Full Disclosure Games

What is ‘Unlicensed Gambling’?

Generally, gambling is any combination of payment required for participation in an activity that has a contingent offer of a value award, and an outcome determined by chance in the way the means of participation works, and that the participant can’t overcome by the participant’s actions. Unless gambling is licensed by the government, gambling is illegal.

What is ‘Full Disclosure’?

Our Full disclosure game requires payment to participate in the game and provides a cash prize; but who gets the cash prize, and its value isn’t determined by chance inherent in the Cadillac 1 Full Disclosure Game System.  For each of the four theme titles and for each of the five play levels within each title, during your session, single-play outcomes are arranged to be drawn in a fixed order.  Some outcomes will be losers.  Some will be winners. Some will be substantial winners.  You can preview the entire set of outcomes, all 250,000 of them per play level, and their order of presentation, without paying anything.

If you find an outcome that you want to capture, participant controls let you select that outcome and send you back to your preview starting point.  Then you can enter the game by paying the single-game charge and proceed forward, paying for each play until you capture your target outcome.

As you proceed forward within the fixed order of outcomes, you’ll encounter other plays with awards that you’ve already previewed. Those awards will be yours, too.

You will also encounter losing plays. For any losing play, you’ll be admitted to a free skill-only subgame where you can recoup any loss for that play.  The free subgame is challenging but the participant’s task is achievable.  The free subgame enables you to nullify any single-play loss encountered during your journey to the winning outcome that you selected.

What makes Full Disclosure so novel?

When you can know the complete order of prizes and the value of each, then show me the chance.  You can’t.  When you can recoup any loss incurred during your journey through the deck of outcomes, through your success on the free skill-only task second phase of each losing play, if you say that Free Disclosure is a game of chance, then show me the chance.  You can’t.
